Presence Wins 2017 REVERE Award for Integrated Marketing

, Primary Category: Press Releases

SAN FRANCISCO, May 10, 2017 – PresenceLearning’s “Success for Every Learner: From At-Risk to Successful” webinar series campaign won a 2017 REVERE Award for Integrated Marketing in the “Under 30K Campaign Budget” category. Given by the Association of American Publishers (AAP), this industry-leading award honors educational marketing campaigns using multiple media channels.

“Educational administrators regularly cite “student behavior” as their top issue and an area of need for professional development for all educators. During the ‘Success for Every Learner’ webinar series, three of our country’s top experts provided timely insights into student behavior and school climate issues to nearly 20,000 special educators, administrators and clinical professionals,” said Clay Whitehead, co-founder and co-CEO of PresenceLearning. “It is a great honor to be recognized by AAP for the success of this program, which facilitated important conversations, provided actionable steps for schools and districts, and will impact so many students nationwide.”

The Spring 2016 series unpacked student behavior and school climate issues by exploring the school-to-prison pipeline, analyzing how bias affects discipline and disciplinary measures, and discussing what needs to be done to break this cycle. During the webinars, Dr. Frances Stetson, a leading special education and inclusion specialist; Dr. Ed Dunkelblau, one of the originators of the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) movement; and Dr. Ross Greene, a best-selling author, speaker, and psychologist who originated the Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS) approach for students with serious challenges, presented attendees with key strategies and advice for change in today’s school systems.
